You are responsible for the content hosted on your server.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your services.

4. Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

JustHostOn shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate our terms or engage in prohibited activities.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services implies your acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
